Pool Restoration

Whether your pool has been sitting without service, turned green before guest arrival, or simply hasn't been properly maintained in months, our restoration service diagnoses the problem, treats it correctly, and returns the water to crystal clear condition.

Pool restoration includes full water chemistry analysis, shock treatment calibrated to severity, algaecide application, complete surface brushing, filter cleaning and backwash, and chemistry stabilization, with before and after photos documenting the full recovery.

Pressure Cleaning

High-end surface restoration for driveways, pool decks, walkways, patios, and home exteriors. We use the appropriate pressure and technique for each surface type, including soft wash for travertine and natural stone, delivering a deep, lasting clean without damaging the surface or the seal.

Travertine Care

Specialized cleaning and sealing to protect and enhance luxury stone patios, pool decks, and driveways. Travertine is one of the most common and most commonly damaged surfaces in South Florida luxury properties. High-pressure washing strips the seal, causes pitting, and leads to costly repairs. Our travertine care service uses the correct soft wash technique followed by professional sealing that protects the surface and extends its life significantly.

Vacation Home Watch

Weekly visual inspections and condition reports for absentee homeowners. We visit your property, check the pool, inspect the exterior, document the condition with photos, and send you a report, so you always know exactly what's happening at your property regardless of where you are in the world.

Storm Prep & Recovery

Priority securing of outdoor furniture and rapid post-storm cleanup. South Florida's hurricane season runs June through November, and Elite members and à la carte clients both have access to our storm prep service. We secure outdoor furniture, protect pool equipment, and perform rapid post-storm cleanup so your property is back to normal as quickly as possible after a weather event.

White-glove exterior detailing before you host guests, list your property, or prepare for a showing. Pool cleaned and balanced to perfection, pool deck pressure washed, outdoor furniture wiped down, and all exterior surfaces prepared to make the best possible impression. Available on short notice for Paradise Elite members and scheduled in advance for à la carte bookings.
