1. Agreement to Terms

2. Services Provided
Paradise Pools & Pressure Cleaning provides pool maintenance, pressure cleaning, and related property care services across Miami-Dade and Broward counties. The specific scope, schedule, and cost of services will be agreed upon in writing or via our digital communication channels prior to the commencement of work.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure that our technicians have safe and unobstructed access to the property, pool area, and required utilities (such as water and electricity) during scheduled service times. Failure to provide access may result in a missed service fee.
4. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement or invoice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for accounts that are past due.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Paradise Pools & Pressure Cleaning or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Florida law.
6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
